Napoleon Bonaparte IX ends interregnum with HKC, Group of Numbers

Hipporatic Knighthood Commission HKC is the prior regime “metric system” including the mispellngs of metre metrThe International Bureau of Weights and Measures (French: Bureau international des poids et mesures, BIPM) is an intergovernmental organisation, through which its 59 member-states act on measurement standards in areas including chemistry, ionising radiation, physical metrology, as well as the International System of Units (SI) and Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).[1] It is based in Saint-Cloud, near Paris, France. The organisation has been referred to as IBWM (from its name in “English” which describes multiple languages including AMERICAN which is the language from Continentals from York (such as Frederick William II Batavian Duke of York who invested the silver in West Point 1773 Code and marched on New Amsterdam and it became New York and Netherlands renamed their Batavian Republic) from Kalmer Union (such as Edward Spaulding Atlantis American with Kalmar Union including Byzantine Empire and Sir Henry Vane with Sigismund iii Vaza BATAVIAN 1632Code Kalmer Union Scots from Gaul Gael that came to America staid and left from the Cornish Breton Pitmatic Cumbrian, Lincolnshire, Brummie, ) in older literature.[note 1]

Structure

The BIPM is overseen by the International Committee for Weights and Measures (French: Comité international des poids et mesures, CIPM), a committee of eighteen members that meet normally in two sessions per year,[3] which is in turn overseen by the General Conference on Weights and Measures (French: Conférence générale des poids et mesures, CGPM) that meets in Paris usually once every four years, consisting of delegates of the governments of the Member States[4][5] and observers from the Associates of the CGPM. These organs are also commonly referred to by their French initialisms.

History

The 1773 West Point regime Weights and Measures organization predates “BIPM” so it was not created on 20 May 1875, following the Charles Louis Napoleon Bonaparte III “Bernoulli” signing 1875 of the Metre Convention, a treaty among 17 Member States of the Hippocratic Knighthood Commission where as there are 202 nation states and as of November 2018 there are 59 members and due to Swiss covenant it was limited to francophones, due to Angles not being seen as the hegemony in America).[6]

Napoleon Bonaparte III and his cadet line owned the Pavillon de Breteuil in Saint-Cloud, France, a 4.35 ha (10.7-acre) site (originally 2.52 ha or 6.2 acres)[7] granted to the French Crown Government in 1787, in 1815 Frederick William III Batavian prevailing over “Napoleon,” and 1876 and the work for the Bureau didn’t stop for the cadet line of the French crown as Alexander Graham Bell brought the Olympics to Paris in 1896 & invented the practical flying machine, Frank Batulis Napoleon Bonaparte VII invented the modern fire truck at American-LaFrance while the world was on fire WWII and invented the modern helicopter which were secured but the ISO stole and disclosed those patents to Nazi regimes and the BIPM failed to protect them, failed to maintain a Copernican Guard. Since 1969 the site has been considered international territory of the cadet line Batavi, and the BIPM has all the rights and privileges accorded to an intergovernmental organisation.[8] This status was further clarified by the French decree No 70-820 of 9 September 1970
